活動特色


俗話說:「勞動過後的食物最美味。」為了讓國際生品嚐到健康又好吃的台灣小吃,所以國際交流中心配合課程規劃了國際廚房的單元,除了讓同學們可以自己動手做食物也可以在手做的同時學習分工合作的精神,以及讓學生們了解「天下沒有白吃的午餐」的道理,而這次的課程所製作的食物為「地瓜球」,特別請到了餐廚系的思妤老師進行教學,在經過教學後輪到了學生實作,過程雖然有些雞飛狗跳,但每位同學們都順利地製作出了好吃的地瓜球,並且都讚不絕口呢!馬來西亞生NaNa表示:「我在馬來西亞也做過地瓜球,所以這次的課程對我來說很輕鬆,我還去教導了別的同學,教導的過程也是另一種樂趣呢。」
