1. In order to deepen the emotional connection between the global Chinese 
   and Taiwan, by documenting their heartbeat moments and exciting events
   in all corners of the world through short films, the "Overseas Chinese
   Seeing the World in Taiwan" short film competition is held.
2. Registration date: from October 1, 2020 to November 16, 2020 (limited to 
    23:59:59).
3. Registration method: using online registration method, please upload your
    work to the YouTube platform (need to be a non-public video), and click
    "I want to participate" on the official website of the "Qiao Jian World 
    Taiwan" event to fill in the registration form.
